LANDSCAPE
Kevin comes to Mountain Park’s common spaces with a degree in turf science and landscape management from OSU. And before he was here, he was sport complex groundskeeper for both the Seattle Seahawks and OSU athletics. He likes working with our 200 acres of parklands and, even though there are “way too many things to do,” gets real pleasure out of providing a service that means so much to our neighborhood’s appearance. Kevin doesn’t have a lot of spare time. He selects plant materials, designs plantings, installs irrigation systems, works with homeowners on landscape issues, and runs a 4-person maintenance crew. But, he says, “That’s OK. My creative side gets exercised.” And, frankly, so do the mowers.
