FITNESS

FITNESS CLASSES

The lower level of the clubhouse offers two fitness studios: one for mind and body classes - the other for group fitness classes. Classes are available at no charge (unless otherwise noted) to residents of Mountain Park.

SPORTS COURT

The clubhouse has a multi-purpose sports court, ready for basketball, volleyball, and several other recreational programs for children and adults. A balcony along one side offers prime spectator views of sports activities.

CARDIO/STRENGTH TRAINING

An open-floor plan weight and cardio room offers a variety of circuit training, free weight, and cardiovascular training equipment. This room is a large, climate-controlled, naturally lighted space.

TRX TRAINING

Train on the TRX suspension system with Fitness Manager and TRX Certified trainer Rena Bohm. 























PERSONAL TRAINING

Especially effective if you are having trouble committing to an exercise program, personal training is specific to your goals and schedule. One on one training will help you reap the many benefits of exercise including weight loss, increased muscle tone, agility, and overall improvement of physical health.

All sessions are one hour in length. Training options for groups are also available. As with all amenities, guests of Mountain Park residents are welcome to participate in personal training. Sessions should be scheduled at least one day in advance by calling 503-635-3561. Sessions may also be scheduled in person at the fitness service desk. Payment must be paid up front when scheduling.

  • $60 two people

Please note: Ages 14+ may use the fitness amenities after completion of the weight/cardio room orientation. This free class runs every Sunday at 2pm. Stop by the service desk by the sports court to attend.
Non-member Personal Training Fees:

TRX Bootcamp in May
If you have ever heard of TRX suspension training, or are looking for
a great new workout that effectively uses your own body weight and
gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core, and
joint stability, all while preventing injuries, TRX is for you!
Training will be in a small group of 6 people maximum. Trainers Rena Bohm and Taylor Welsh will be leading the eight highly effective semi private TRX sessions that are for anyone who wants to take their fitness to the next level using the TRX suspension system. Cost is only $50 for all eight sessions for members, and $65 for nonmembers. Registration can be made at the front desk, but hurry as space is limited. TRX Bootcamp classes are now available in two different sessions:

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8-8:50AM (starts May 1st)

Mondays & Thursdays at 6:35-7:25PM (starts May 7th)

Mt. Park is proud to announce that we have two new indoor cycling classes available for members on our brand new spin bikes. These classes offer an intense workout. FreeCycle is every Saturday from 8:15-9:15 AM.

We also have a structured spin session that will be 8 sessions in a month. These classes will be every Monday and Wednesday morning at 6:30am starting iMay 7th. Cost for this special registration class is $50 for members and $65 for nonmembers. Sign up at the front desk soon though, as spaces are limited to just ten spots!
Spin Classes at Mountain Park
(Starting in May on Saturdays) Marking the return of this fun class to Mountain Park, the month long class just for kids ages 7-13 years old is full of great music, and lots of energy.  Cost for the class is $30 for members, and $45 for nonmembers.
