COMPLIANCE
Many communities have sets of covenants and restrictions that residents observe to protect
neighborhood character. So does Mountain Park. Thing is, these rules are (1) in service to
members who live here, and (2) changing all the time. Keeping them straight, responsive and
friendly is what Carolee does. She’s our CC&R director. Before joining us she
served as architectural director for a homeowners’ association in San Diego, and worked for a property management company in Portland. So she really appreciates the cooperative atmosphere here with us. Not to say she’s totally satisfied, though. As a former New Yorker,she’s still on a quest to find really good bagels…that fit her norm.
