Hats off to our Volunteers!
Committees are a necessary aspect of organizations of any significant size. Committee refers to a formal group of people created to discuss, decide, and act in patterns related to specific areas of work assigned to them. Members of Mt. Park HOA committees are Mt. Park residents like you.
Why committees?
- Committees help to bring together a variety of views and interests for completion of a task.
- Committees proved a mechanism for discussion and agreements based on consideration of a wider range of interests and alternatives.
- Committees enable use of specialized manpower or expertise for a specific task, by permitting such experts to work part time on the committees.
- Committees avoid the mistakes of hasty decisions taken without due considerations.
Much of the time these committee members put into attending the committee meetings goes unnoticed. Yet without these committees the Mt. Park HOA would be a different place. Hats off to our volunteers!
